Monitoring and reporting on proposed legislation and regulation/rule making by the state of Kansas government and its administrative agencies

Arranging and participating in meetings with appropriate representatives of the governor’s office and other executive branch agencies.

Aiding and assisting the client in scheduling and coordinating any appearances before the legislature or administration.

Immediately notifying the client of all legislative and administrative hearings regarding the client’s interests and providing updated analysis of the political climate.

Analyzing political campaigns and advising the client on a contribution strategy.
